I had an amazing massage with George, who was very knowledgable, professional, skilful and friendly. He talked me through what would happen in my massage, tailored it exactly to what I needed, and then we went through a detailed explanation on where he worked on after. Only one hour after the massage and my aches, pains and knots already feel so much better. George also talks through how you can treat your aches & pain long term through your posture & activity, he really does know his stuff. I felt relaxed and a lot less stressed after this. I definitely recommend & will return for more!
